Hi, I'm Tom Riggs. I am the Program Director of WCWA. I am tied down ladies the wife says "BACK OFF", and I am a part-time student. I enjoy football the most, and other sports, like hockey, baseball and golf. I almost forgot about Eldora Speedway, if you have never been there , you should make an effort to go to at least one race.. I have 3 brothers and a cat named Lucy.
